6542.1. 'Fair and exhibition authority,' as used in this article, means an entity created by a joint powers agreement for the purpose of financing or otherwise facilitating agricultural, livestock, industrial, cultural, or other types of fairs or exhibitions.(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1356.)
