§ 6545

6545. 'Project' as used in this article includes buildings, structures, improvements and all facilities appurtenant thereto or provided therefor together with land and offstreet parking facilities necessary therefor to be financed by revenue bonds issued pursuant to this article. In addition, with respect to a facility for the generation or transmission of electric energy, a project also includes an ownership interest or a capacity right in that facility that may be situated in whole or in part within or without the state. In addition, with respect to a telecommunication system or service, a project also includes a contract for the installation, provision, or maintenance of that system or service. In addition, a project also includes any of the purposes specified in an agreement pursuant to Section 6516.(Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 190, Sec. 1. Effective July 26, 1993.)
