In addition to other powers, any joint powers entity created to exercise the powers granted by Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 33750) of Part 1 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code or Part 13 (commencing with Section 37910) of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code, may issue revenue bonds for the purposes, and in accordance with the procedures, specified in those statutory provisions.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1159, Sec. 1.)
