6546.5. In the event that two-thirds of the votes cast in an election called pursuant to Section 6546.4 are against adoption of the ordinance, no ordinance authorizing the local agency to enter into a lease or rental contract or agreement for the same or substantially the same purpose shall be submitted to the voters of that local agency for a period of one year from the date of the election.(Added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 514.
