6546.5. For purposes of an agency, commission, or board that is authorized pursuant to subdivision (g) of Section 6546 to issue revenue bonds for facilities for the production, storage, transmission, or treatment of water or waste water, that authority includes the authority to issue revenue bonds for facilities to remove hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants from that water.(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1152, Sec. 2.
