6547.3. In the event that an ordinance enacted pursuant to Section 6547 authorizing the entity to issue revenue bonds is subjected to a successful referendum election or is repealed or rescinded by a local agency, no ordinance authorizing the entity to issue revenue bonds for the same purpose shall be passed by that local agency for a period of one year from the date of such referendum, repeal or rescission.(Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 721.)
