Said indenture may provide the terms and conditions under which said bonds may be paid, redeemed before maturity (including the premiums, if any, to be payable upon bonds redeemed prior to maturity), exchanged, registered, transferred, and negotiated. No bond shall be redeemable prior to maturity unless a statement substantially to that effect is contained in the bond.(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
