The indenture may provide for the issuance of a duplicate in the manner and upon such terms and conditions as the governing body of the entity may determine, in the event any bond, temporary bond, coupon or interim certificate of any issue is lost, destroyed or mutilated.(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
