The entity shall operate, maintain and preserve the project in good repair and working order, and shall operate the project in an efficient and economical manner; provided, however, that the entity may lease or rent concessions, or lease or rent the project or any part thereof, or otherwise provide for the operation of the project or any part thereof.(Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
