Local agencies may request advice from the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission pursuant to Section 8859 regarding the formation of local bond pooling authorities and the planning, preparing, insuring, marketing, and selling of bonds as authorized pursuant to this article.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 454, Sec. 3.
