To the extent that the provisions of this title, with respect to the financing of rapid rail systems, are inconsistent with the provisions of any general statute or special act or parts thereof, with respect to the financing of rapid rail transit facilities, the provisions of this title shall be deemed controlling.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1553, Sec. 2.)
