Any state agency whose support is provided for in the Budget Act shall require any railroad corporation proposing to construct or modify a rapid rail transit system or project, as defined in Section 92015, to reimburse the agency for its costs for processing any application or approval related to the system or project. The corporation shall reimburse the agency for all costs directly related to any application or approval including, but not limited to, costs of agency staff, consultants, and any advisory services which the agency deems necessary.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 59.6.
