(a) For purposes of this title, the following definitions apply:(1) 'Agency' means the Great Redwood Trail Agency.(2) 'Dividing line' means the county line separating the Counties of Mendocino and Sonoma at or near mile post 89.(b) This section shall become operative on March 1, 2022.(Repealed (in Sec. 6) and added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 423, Sec. 7.
