(a) The agency is a local agency for purposes of the Disaster Assistance Act (Chapter 7.5 (commencing with Section 8680) of Division 1 of Title 2).(b) This section shall become operative on March 1, 2022.(Repealed (in Sec. 8) and added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 423, Sec. 9.
