In order to prevent any potential conflict of interest and pursuant to Section 303.604 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, no member of the interagency coordinating council may cast a vote on any matter that would provide direct financial benefit to that member or otherwise give the appearance of a conflict of interest.(Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 294, Sec. 2.
