All money deposited in the Economic Recovery Fund that is derived from accrued interest on bonds sold shall be reserved in that fund and shall be available for transfer to the Fiscal Recovery Fund as a credit to expenditures for bond interest.(Added by Stats. 2003, 5th Ex.
