8835.5. There is hereby appropriated to the California Public Broadcasting Commission the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) from the General Fund to the California Public Broadcasting Fund for direct grants in fiscal year 1983–84 to the five minority-controlled and operated public radio stations that, as of January 1, 1983, have been qualified by the commission in California to assist in their development, operation, interconnection, and programing.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1104, Sec. 3.
