8836.5. The commission shall, after consultation with the radio, television, and instructional broadcast committees, establish, and review annually, criteria and conditions regarding the distribution of amounts disbursed to the various public television and radio stations.Amounts disbursed under this article shall be used to finance projects that will augment the ability of public broadcasting stations to serve their communities in accordance with a formula established by the commission. These amounts shall not be used to supplant funds already budgeted.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 38. Effective July 1, 1983.)
