The commission may, upon request, advise local agencies regarding the formation of local bond pooling authorities pursuant to Article 4 (commencing with Section 6584) of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1, and may advise the authorities regarding the planning, preparing, insuring, marketing, and selling of bonds as authorized by that article.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 868, Sec. 7.
