8878.104. Operation and maintenance costs shall be the responsibility of the grantee and may not be considered as part of the project cost. Costs for planning preliminary engineering studies, including preliminary plans, may be reimbursed following the receipt of an allocation of funds, subject to approval by the State Architect.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 23, Sec. 2.
