Compliance with Applicable LawsEach Lottery Contractor shall perform its contract consistent with the laws of this State, Federal law, and laws of the state or states in which such supplier is performing or producing, in whole or in part, any of the goods or services contracted for hereunder.(Added November 6, 1984, by initiative Proposition 37.)
