For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:(a) 'Commission' means the California Youth Empowerment Commission established in Section 8263.(b) 'Commissioner' means a voting member of the California Youth Empowerment Commission.(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 660, Sec. 2.
