(a) The commission and the committee shall submit their reports, and their recommendations as to revision of the laws, to the Governor and the Legislature.(b) Notwithstanding Section 9795, the commission and the committee may provide a copy of a recommendation to each member of a legislative committee that is hearing legislation that would implement the recommendation.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 25, Sec. 12.
