The commission and the committee may, within the limitations imposed by Section 8293, include in their reports the legislative measures proposed by them to effect the adoption or enactment of the proposed revision. The reports may be accompanied by exhibits of various changes, modifications, improvements, and suggested enactments prepared or proposed by the commission or the committee with a full and accurate index thereto.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 25, Sec. 13.
