8543.4. In administering the fiscal policies of the California State Auditor’s Office, for each fiscal year, the office shall provide the Department of Finance with the office’s proposed budget and the Department of Finance shall include that proposed budget in the Governor’s Budget without modification.(Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 281, Sec. 9.
