8670.47. (a) The administrator shall administer the fund in accordance with this article.(b) The administrator may develop and adopt any rules, regulations, and guidelines determined to be necessary to carry out and enforce this article.(c) The administrator is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate moneys available in the fund to carry out the purposes of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1248, Sec. 17.
