8687.6. If the local agency, under Section 8687.4, is a county, the amount contributed by the county shall not be reduced to less than an amount of money equal to the amount allocated to the county for the fiscal year prior to the disaster proclamation pursuant to Section 2110.5 of the Streets and Highways Code.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 822, Sec. 9.
