The Governor may reimburse any state agency for funds expended in the performance of any and all activities as set forth in Section 8628 in accordance with orders and regulations promulgated as prescribed in Section 8567. Such reimbursement shall be subject to the provisions of Section 8649.(Added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1454.)
