8585.05. Unless the context otherwise requires, for purpose of this article, the following definitions apply:(a) 'Agency' or 'office' means the Office of Emergency Services.(b) 'California Emergency Management Agency' means the Office of Emergency Services.(c) 'Director' or 'secretary' means the Director of Emergency Services.(Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 352, Sec. 120.
