8591.6. (a) No later than January 31, 2021, the Office of Emergency Services shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and with other necessary parties, to implement COPPSC’s safety and security activities pursuant to Section 8591.5.(b) Memorandums of understanding entered into pursuant to subdivision (a) shall comply with Section 4 of Chapter 836 of the Statutes of 2017 and with the Master Mutual Aid Agreement.(Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 693, Sec. 1.
