9100. Legislative offices for the use of the Members of the Legislature in the performance of their legislative duties, shall be maintained at all times, and without regard to whether the Legislature is or is not in session, in the State Building in Los Angeles, in the State Building in San Francisco, in San Diego, and in a state building in Alameda County.(Amended by Stats. 1947, Ch. 1552.)
