9149.12. The commission shall use any funds appropriated to its use, or allocated to its use by the Joint Rules Committee, donated to it, or acquired as revenue from any concession operated in the State Capitol, only for purposes of furthering the objectives of this article.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1757, Sec. 8.
