§ 9149.14

The commission shall employ an executive officer, who shall have at least three years of administrative-curatorial experience in the cultural or historic preservation fields, and staff persons as may be necessary to provide administrative services to the commission. No person may be employed as executive officer without approval, by majority vote, of the members of the Joint Rules Committee.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1757, Sec. 8. Effective October 1, 1984.)
