§ 9149.6

(a) Four members of the commission shall constitute a quorum to do business, and no action of the commission may be taken except upon an affirmative recorded vote of four or more members.(b) All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public.(c) The commission shall meet upon call of the chairperson and at such other times as it may prescribe.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1757, Sec. 8.
