9150. The Secretary of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, and the minute clerks and Sergeant-at-Arms of each house for any session shall perform the duties of their offices at the next succeeding session, until their successors are elected and qualify.(Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.)
