The President or President pro tempore of the Senate may administer the oath of office to any Senator and to the officers of the Senate and the Speaker or Speaker pro tempore of the Assembly may administer the oath of office to any Assemblyman and to the officers of the Assembly.(Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.)
