9191.5. The Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly may administer and certify oaths and may provide the proof or acknowledgment of an instrument in accordance with Article 3 (commencing with Section 1180) of Chapter 4 of Part 4 of Division 2 of the Civil Code.(Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 20, Sec. 3.
