9359.03. If a person qualifies to retire as a legislative statutory officer, and has held more than one of the offices enumerated in Section 9350.55, his benefits payable under this chapter shall be computed on the basis of the office having the higher salary.(Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 193.)
