9360.5. If any recipient of a disability retirement allowance under the minimum age for voluntary retirement refuses to submit to medical examination, the retirement allowance shall be discontinued until he or she agrees to submit to the examination. If the refusal continues for one year, disability retirement allowance shall be discontinued.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 664, Sec. 92.4. Effective January 1, 2003.)
