9360.6. The disability allowance for other than legislative statutory officers is the same as the retirement allowance that would be payable to the member had he or she retired under this chapter for reasons other than disability, and shall be paid regardless of the age of the member at the time of his or her retirement for disability. The disability retirement allowance for legislative statutory officers is the same as the retirement allowance provided in Section 9359.10, and shall be paid regardless of the age of the member at the time of his or her retirement for disability.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 664, Sec. 92.5.
