10239. A suggestion by a judge of the Supreme Court shall be filed with the clerk of that court. A suggestion by a judge of a court of appeal shall be filed with the clerk of that court. A suggestion by a judge of a superior court shall be filed with the clerk of the court of appeal of the district within which the superior court is located.(Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch. 17.)
