10240. When a suggestion is so filed with the clerk, he shall make and send to the permanent office of the Legislative Counsel a certified copy of the suggestion. All suggestions received at the permanent office shall be permanently filed and recorded and copies furnished to the Legislative Counsel.(Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 111.)
