§ 10246

10246. The Legislative Counsel shall not appear in any action or proceeding in the courts of this state or of the United States without the prior approval of the Joint Rules Committee. If the existence of said committee terminates such approval may be given in writing by the Speaker of the Assembly and the President pro Tempore of the Senate. Nothing in this section shall prevent the Legislature from giving its approval for such appearance by concurrent resolution.(Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 618.)
