Each appointed member of the commission shall be any of the following:(a) A member in good standing of the State Bar of California.(b) A person admitted to practice before the highest court of any other state of the United States.(c) A judge of a court of record in this state.(Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 46, Sec. 17.
