Any state agency may make exhibits descriptive or illustrative of any activity or pursuit relating to its work or affairs at any international, state, district, county or municipal fair, exposition or exhibit, authorized or recognized by the laws of the state or acts of Congress and may pay all actual and necessary expenses incurred in making the exhibits from any appropriation available for the use, support or maintenance of the agency.(Amended by Stats. 1970, Ch. 244.)
