Any state agency may, subject to rules and regulations of the Department of General Services, insure its officers and employees not covered by Part 2.6 (commencing with Section 19815) of Division 5 against injury or death incurred while flying on state business in any, except regularly scheduled, passenger aircraft.(Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 31, Sec. 66.
