11008.5. Any program administered in part or whole by the Technology, Trade, and Commerce Agency prior to January 1, 2004, pursuant to an interagency agreement with another state department or agency shall be the responsibility of the other party or parties to that interagency agreement.(Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 225, Sec. 22.
