11016.9. (a) Each state agency shall establish clear flextime policies and shall direct its managers to encourage the use of flextime.(b) Each state agency shall enroll in a local or regional transportation management association, where appropriate.(Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1435, Sec. 1.)
