11097. Beginning with the 1984–85 fiscal year, each state agency shall include in its budget request a listing of state publications, as defined in Section 14902, which were added by legislative mandate or otherwise during the previous fiscal year.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 528, Sec. 2.)
