11098. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, when funding for any legislatively mandated publication is discontinued in the Budget Act, the statutory mandate for that publication shall be automatically suspended.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1632, Sec. 1. Effective October 1, 1982.)
